On The Go - Travel Camp - Grades 5-8 Walk on the wild side with OTG-Wheels and Wings! If you want a special two week program designed with adventure and fun in mind, this program is for you. OTG combines a day camp experience with a chance to get away ‘on the go’ style. Our campers experience a whirlwind of activities on day trips to popular destinations such as rock climbing, a Mitzvah Project, or a day at Sunsplash. SPECIAL…All meals on trips included except traveling meals (at airports or during bus trip to & from destination). Lots of Choices! OTG on Wheels- is for our 5, 6, 7, & 8th graders who like to remain a little closer to home. We travel on “wheels” with 2 fantastic trips in a premier coach bus. OTG on Wings-is for our 5, 6 ,7, & 8th graders who like a little more adventure. We will travel on “wings” to 2 unbelievable destinations. We will meet at the “J” and then head to the airport for our trips. New, new, new this year!!! Join us on our special 9 day trip to Colorado. This trip will depart by bus on Monday, July 14, traveling to Denver, Boulder, and Durango, with Shabbat in the magnificent Rocky Mountains, returning on Tuesday, July 22, just in time to join the Shemesh Maccabiah games and our end of the summer party. Our 2-week sessions include one week at camp filled with local trips, swimming, art, sports and many other specialties. Then get ready to hit the open roads and skies as you set off on an outrageous out of town experience during week 2. Campers may stay at modern Jewish Community Centers conveniently located in the cities what they will be visiting and enjoy their pool and gym facilities after an exciting day of travel. Please note: if you register for the OTG Wings program less than 4 weeks prior to desired session, there may be additional fees based on current airline ticket prices. Please also note: We must have minimum numbers on all trips. |
